Cancellation Policy
Refund requests must be received in writing, faxed, emailed or postmarked on or before May 1, 2012. Telephone cancellations will not be honored. A processing fee of $60 will be charged for all cancellations. Cancellations after May 1, 2012: For all requests received in writing, faxed, emailed or postmarked after May 1, 2012, conference registration is non-refundable with the exception of pre-conference workshop fees. Alternative options: 1) transfer your registration to another person, for a $60 processing fee; OR 2) the registrant will be charged a $60 processing fee and receive a Letter of Credit worth 50% of regular conference registration payment for the 2013 AHNA Conference.
Other registration change requests: Any requests for other changes made to registration that result in partial refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee per change.
Attendee Terms and Conditions
Indemnification: The AHNA reserves the right to refuse conference registration if AHNA determines that the registrant would detract from the goals and/or security of the conference. The AHNA reserves the right to request a person attending the conference, leave the conference if AHNA determines that the registrant detracts from the goals and/or security of the conference.
Photo disclaimer: All conference attendees consent to be photographed and/ or videotaped and to allow use of these photographs/video recordings in AHNA marketing materials.
No photography, audio or video recording is allowed by attendees in workshops/sessions without prior permission from the presenter. Only official representatives appointed by the organization may make recordings.
