AHNA's Leadership Council Election

The Leadership Council (LC), the governing board for AHNA is the guiding hand of our association. For more than two decades, the LC has convened to build a purposeful and committed organization dedicated to holistic nursing. Each LC member adds a special flare to the group, bringing their unique talents, experiences and passion for holistic nursing to the table.

Thank you to everyone who voted in the AHNA LC Election and to all of our wonderful, committed candidates. Congratulations to our new and returning LC members. 

Education Coordinator 
The Education Coordinators are responsible for overseeing all educational activities for the AHNA.

         Mary Koithan PhD, RN-C, CNS-BC

Research Coordinator
The Research Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all research activities for the AHNA.

         Rothlyn P. Zahourek APRN, PhD, BC, AHN-BC 
        

Practice Coordinator
The Practice Coordinator is responsible for overseeing practice activities within AHNA.
    
         Carole Ann Drick PhD, RN, TNS, CPNS
         

Nominating Committee
The AHNA Nominating Committee will review all LC nomination applications to determine that eligibility criteria have been met, and will prepare a slate of candidates for approval by the Leadership Council.

Revisions to AHNA Bylaws 
In addition, The AHNA Leadership Council had proposed changes to the AHNA Bylaws. These changes passed.
