Saturday, May 2, 2020 – Exploring the Components of Presence
Roberta Fernandez is Board Certified Hypnotist as well as Certified Instructor in Hypnosis.  She founded FARE Hypnosis Center in Eden Prairie and offers workshops to the community, businesses and individuals.  Hypnosis, a focused state of awareness where one is open to suggestions and new thoughts and new ideas, addresses a variety of issues and can be used to enhance ones’ way of being and quality of life.  Roberta feels that nurses can effectively use a variety of techniques in the area of presence, language and mindfulness to enhance their nursing practice.
