Nurse Networking Calls

Would you love to have a supportive holistic community, but you live in a rural area or work in a very fast-paced hospital?

Have you ever wanted to talk with, or simply listen to, other holistic nurses share their ideas and hopes?

Are you already in a chapter, but you'd still like more connection with holistic nurses?

Build Your Holistic Community with Nurse Networking Calls

All AHNA members are warmly invited to attend AHNA's free Nurse Networking Calls.

What is a Nurse Networking Call (NNC)? Using active listening and holding a safe, confidential space for each person, a small group and a facilitator begins with a centering exercise, then shares their thoughts, feelings, and experiences around a holistic nursing topic. Registered participants receive a practice-related article that provides an evidence-based resource for the topic of the call.

Two free NNCs are offered every February, May, and October, with a new topic for each set of two calls. Each NNC lasts an hour. NNCs are recorded but the recordings are not shared.

Each NNC is approved for 1 CNE. Expected Outcome: Learners will be able to identify one area of their nursing practice that might benefit from applying something they learned or realized either during the call or from reading the call’s article.

Participation is limited. See below to register for the Nurse Networking Calls.
