Nurses and other frontline workers report experiencing ongoing stress, feelings of frustration, exhaustion, difficulty sleeping among other mental health issues.  Learn how non-needling ear seeds can be used as a stress-reduction tool and how to apply ear seeds easily and safely to yourself and others.

We are very excited to have Catherine and Denise present on the use of  non-needling ear seeds. This technique is being used during the Covid -19 pandemic in health care settings for front line workers to reduce stress related symptoms. Accupunturists Without Borders are supplying the free kits for nurses and health care workers . The members of the CT Collective Chapters of AHNA are available to help you bring this non invasive tool to your collegues.  We hope you can join us for the meeeting and please feel free to invite any nurse collegues who may be interested.
