Annual AHNA Awards Banquet

Join us to celebrate the accomplishments and efforts of many dedicated and passionate nurses at the 2019 Annual AHNA Awards Banquet.

2019 Meals



Plated meals must be selected during the registration process.  All plated menu options are gluten free, any bread or dressings used in the standard meal are gluten free. Any non-gluten free item will be on the side. Vegetarian options are available and are marked as "VEG." Buffet lunches do not require choices ahead of time and will include gluten free, non-gluten free, and vegetarian options. Vegetarian and GF options will be offered, but the hotel will not be responsible for fulfilling additional specific dietary needs. Guest rooms are equipped with small refrigerators to keep food.





Registration Cancellation Policy

Registration Cancellation Policy Cancellations after Friday, May 15: Conference registration and optional activities are non-refundable after Friday, May 15, with the exception of pre-conference registration fees.  Alternative options: 

1) Transfer your registration to another person for a $50 processing fee;

2) Get credit for next year’s conference: you will be charged a $50 processing fee and you will receive a Letter of Credit worth 50% of what you paid for general registration in 2019, which can be used toward the conference in 2020.



We will be offering a limited number of t-shirts with AHNA 2019 conference logo for purchase in the Gift Shop area.

If you would like to donate an item (minimum value $75) for our fundraising Silent Auction and Zen Raffle, please bring it with you to the registration table Sunday through Thursday. The Silent Auction at the Thursday Evening  Awards Banquet gives you the opportunity to win, bid on and buy (cash, check, credit card) all sorts of valuable, treasured or humorous objects as well as several education courses. It's a "can't miss" event! Please email to give us the details if you are bringing an auction item. 


Conference attire, as always, is casual. Be sure to bring a light jacket, as the air conditioning will be on in the hotel.

Don’t forget to download the AHNA Conference Mobile App to keep you up-to-date on schedules, local attractions and maps, exhibitor lists and other timely information. The AHNA Conference Mobile App will be available for updates and download starting around May 1, 2019. Stay tuned for instructions on downloading the app.


Optional Activities

All Optional Activity pricing is PER PERSON. Transportation to and from the event and all fees, taxes and gratuities are included. Meet in the specified location (TBD) 30 minutes before to check in. There are NO PHYSICAL TICKETS for each event, your name is on a guest list for each event.
