Conference Know Before You Go

  COVID-19 Policy

AHNA will comply with local COVID-19 regulations that are set forth by the conference state. AHNA encourages conference attendees to abide by COVID-19 prevention activities set by local governments at the time of the conference. In accordance with the guidelines and recommendations set forth, AHNA requests that members not attend conference if: Attendees are feeling sick or experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms (including fever, cough, and shortness of breath). If attendee has been diagnosed with COVID-19 test or believe to have been exposed within the last 10 days. AHNA reserves the right to implement additional prevention procedures to ensure participant safety.
We are proceeding responsibly by creating a Plan B, which is to pivot to 100% virtual and make the on-site "Go or No-Go" decision when more certainty exists about the pandemic situation. There is not yet an established timeline for the final decision to be made, it remains a work in progress.
