Annual AHNA Awards Banquet

Join us to celebrate the accomplishments and efforts of many dedicated and passionate nurses at the Annual AHNA Awards Banquet. Enjoy a meal and connect with other holistic nurses. Be prepared to laugh with your fellow attendees, with a comedian proformance after the recognition program.

  Attendee Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellation after May 15: For all requests received in writing, fax, or email postmarked after May 15, conference registration and optional activities are non-refundable- with the exception of pre-conference workshop fees. Individuals who are no-shows for optional activities will not receive a refund. Alternative options are as follows:
  • Transfer your registration to another person for a $50 processing fee or receive credit for the following year’s conference: You will be charged a $50 processing fee and will receive a letter of credit worth 50% of what you paid for general registration in the next year’s conference.

Exhibitor Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The $100 nonrefundable deposit will be retained for all cancellations prior to February, 15th. After February 15, no refunds will be given. All cancellations fees retained by AHNA under this contract are deemed fully earned and made in consideration for expense incurred by AHNA for loss or deferred opportunity to provide exhibit space to others.


$20 per t-shirt, all orders must be made prior to the 2021 Annual Conference. 




If you would like to donate an item (minimum value $75) for our fundraising Silent Auction and Zen Raffle, please bring it with you to the registration table. The Awards Banquet gives you the opportunity to win, bid on and buy (cash, check, credit card) all sorts of valuable, treasured or humorous objects as well as several education courses from the Silent Auction. It’s a can’t miss event! Please email to give us the details if you plan on bringing an item to auction.


As always conference, attire is casual. Orlando temperature is usually high 80’s in the summer with high humidity. It rains an average of 15 days in June so be sure to bring a rain jacket or umbrella. As well as a light jacket, as the air conditioning will be on in the hotel.



Transportation to and from the event and all fees, taxes gratuities are included. Meet in the specified location (TBD) 15 minutes before to check in. There are NO PHYSICAL TICKETS for each optional activity, unless otherwise stated, your name is on a guest list for each event.

Chapter and Group Meetings

All attendees are invited to attend this orientation meeting to become familiar with chapter leader duties and things that are rolled out within chapters and to connect with fellow AHNA members and holistic peers. ( TBD )

Sharing Circle Facilitator Meeting: Sharing Circle Facilitators should plan to attend this training meeting to prepare and earn 1 CNE. ( Wednesday, June 9, 2021 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM )

AHNCC Certification and Re-certification in Holistic Nursing meeting: For those interested in being certified or re-certified in holistic nursing and/or nurse coaching.

New Member & First Time Conference Attendee

All attendees are invited to attend this orientation meeting to become familiar with the conference schedule, details on workshop evaluations, certificates and to connect with fellow AHNA members and holistic peers. This meeting is open to all who would like to attend and get an update on what’s NEW at the conference. Take advantage of an opportunity to meet AHNA’s Executive Director and Board of Directors. Learn about special features of the AHNA Conference, ask questions, and enrich your conference experience by meeting other newcomers.
