This 90-minute experiential educational activity offers holistic nurses a gentle, guided nature and forest therapy walk facilitated by two certified nature and forest therapy guides. Participants will engage in evidence-informed practices that support presence, self-reflection, nervous system regulation, and connection with the natural environment. Through guided invitations, sensory awareness, and shared reflection, nurses will explore how intentional nature connection supports personal well-being, resilience, and holistic nursing practice grounded in whole-person and whole-system care.
